Privacy Policy

The corporate data security and confidentiality of client information are a top priority at IMS. We have taken several steps to ensure that each customer's data is limited to the company for which he/she works and has authorization to access, and that such company's data is not violated or accessed by unauthorized persons. IMS and it's employees also agree that they will not, either directly or indirectly, use a customer's information for any purpose other than that specifically indicated by the customer. We only look at specific customer data in order to ensure the quality and integrity of our client databases.

On occasion, IMS staff may need to access your data or information in order to respond to your questions. We limit that access to a select few individuals and they access only the minimum information required in order to provide technical support. IMS staff who access BSI databases do so only in response to support issues or queries initiated by the client.

IMS collects very little personal or demographic information about the individual user. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone but we may disclose non-personal aggregated user statistics (for example, "68% of our users access BSI everyday") in order to describe our services to third parties.
